As a landlord you often find your options for managing your property are limited.
- Retain an agency, pay a managing fee and repair jobs are subject to mark ups; or
- Go it alone but you have neither the time nor the energy to chase companies and check up on the work they’ve carried out.
But there’s a THIRD option:
We will take care of your tenant’s issues directly for you!
Here is how it works step by step:
- You inform us of your properties address – We have a FREE key holding service.
- Give your tenants our contact details, they contact us directly when they have issues.
- We notify you of their contact.
- We visit, take photographic evidence and either repair on the spot (pre-agreed maximum cost) or phone/email you a reasonable, honest quote to solve the issue.
- You agree to this.
- We fix it.
- We confirm the fix with photo back up and invoice.
- You transfer payment.
And if all this wasn’t sweet enough; the more you use our services, the more you save with our frequent user offers. Call us for details.
Pre and end of tenancy inspections
There are times when hiring a company to come in and perform an inventory of your property when tenants move out will represent a complete waste of money. For instance vacant let properties; where shy of curtains the property is completely empty.
We can visit the property and provide you a brief report, supported by photographic evidence and a price for carrying out repairs. The report will also state whether items on the report should represent a landlord ‘wear and tear’ cost of whether the cost should be borne by the outgoing tenant.
The report will cover appliances, window coverings, flooring, wall condition, kitchen cupboard condition, bathroom/s condition… An example of a report template can be found here.
Scheduled inspections
As a landlord you know how important it is to be on top of your property with tenants. Do you have the time or knowledge to go and see any (potential) issues?
Each quarter or half year we can do an inspection report for a set price. This way we can see the state your property is, write you a report and any issue be solved before they will cost you an arm and a leg.
