We accept cash, PayPal, BACS transfers, debit and all major Credit cards. All our associates carry a PayPal credit card terminal to complete the process whilst with you.

Handyman Jobs
We offer the time it takes to prepare larger quotes free of charge. Quotes are prepared by the handyman who visited the property. They will take photographs of the area where work is to be carried out.
Then they will compile a quote that breaks down the work to be carried out and the materials to be used. They will price labour, materials and any other charges separately.
The time it takes to prepare the quotes themselves is free, but there will be a £50 charge towards the cost of the visit to inspect your property. This will be detailed at the bottom of the quote as a credit once work is carried out.
We do not quote on jobs that whilst discussed over the phone clearly require less than one days labour.
Refurbishment Jobs
We will prepare estimates fully free of charge
All our quotes include a 15% contingency fee to allow for unforeseeable costs due to situations out of sight during the estimate stage. A breakdown of the use of the contingency fee will be provided at completion of the project and will be deducted from ‘on completion’ payment, leaving 5% remaining.

Our painting and decorating rates are designed not only to be affordable; but flexible and especially aimed at those with tight time constraints. Therefore we’re extremely suitable to agents and landlords that need work done immediately (Subject to availability).
We undertake all painting and decorating jobs including all interior and exterior work using whichever types of paints, techniques and wallpapers required.

All larger jobs are quoted with a visit to your home or site; but smaller jobs will be estimated over the phone and confirmed after we have attended to start work.

Congestion charge – for delivery of oversized items and/or times when larger tools required.
Rescheduling/No show/Cancelation – Changes to job details not made 24 hours before scheduled start will incur a one hour charge.

Our charges are clear. If we expect that there will be additional charges of any kind we will make you the customer aware of the likelihood of such an event.
Payment terms
Full payment is due on completion of the job unless agreed prior to start of work commencing.
We accept cash and credit card payment for all jobs except quoted jobs where payments must be made by BACS.
We process our credit card payments right in front of you using PayPal’s credit card reader. Your card has to be present at time of processing.
